Restaurant Wrap-up: Thai Mango

Feeling extremely exhausted and short on time had us visiting this new little restaurant that just opened up in the Buy Low/Cafe Rio/Shopko (know where I'm talking about??) Provo shopping complex on University Parkway. Thai Mango was pretty busy when we got there so we figured it must be pretty good...can I just say FANTASTIC?!? It was SO GOOD.
The prices are around $7-9 and each plate was probably enough for two (I'm already excited for my lunch leftovers tomorrow!). However, they have a lunch special for $6 that includes an entree and an appetizer...just get there before 3pm!
Everything looked sooo good but I ended up going with the something wooshen (I think thats what it was called!) and Kiel got the shrimp dish--both under the Noodle entrees.

I give mine a DEFINITE 5 stars
Kiel gives his a 4 1/2 stars

This place is one of the best places I've been in a while. The sauce was awesome, the veggies were cooked perfect, and I didn't feel like everything was dripping in oil like most Asian food.
I am definitely hitting this place up again!

and again and again and again...

Washington

It has been awhile since I last blogged and there is too much on my mind to take a nap right now so I shall blog while the little man is sleeping!

Reverse time back to a month ago...

Kiel and I went to check out Washington and we were delighted to have kiel's parents there partying with us. We loved everything about Washington! It is such a beautiful state and at this point rain doesn't bother me at all. I hear the weather is fairly temperate so wahoo! My cousins own a condo that they fixed up really nice a year ago and then decided to buy a house so they are letting us stay in their condo while we are there. Kiel will have a 30 minute commute but it will be so worth it staying in a nice, safe neighborhood in a place that has LOTS of space (I have never experienced that before in my married life). We are so happy and take it as a good omen that everything is working out so wonderfully.

While we were there we checked out the Seattle zoo...

See the Grizzly??
Went to just one of the hundreds of beautiful gardens there...
Visited the Space Needle...
And watched airplanes fly in and out of the SeaTac airport. We definitely made each minute count during our 4 day vacation! We are very excited to start a new era of our life there but are going to seriously miss all the family and friends we have so close here!
